Online Connections Peer Support Group

NAMI Connection Support Group is a free weekly 90-minute recovery support group for all persons living with a mental illness regardless of their diagnosis. Support groups are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience. 

3 groups to choose from:

• Tuesday evening 7:30 – 9pm
• Wednesday afternoon 2 – 3:30pm
• Sunday 6 – 7:30pm
